Project MAARIFA
The Brydges Centre is excited to invite women leaders of ECD schools to join Project MAARIFA, a fully sponsored transformative capacity-building program. The program combines Christ-centered leadership training, mentorship, strategic planning, and organizational development to strengthen schools and empower women leaders.
Who Can Apply?
Target Audience
Christian women leaders of ECD/daycare centers operating for 1–2 years with 50+ students. Must operate a Christian organization.
Locations
Schools located in Kajiado, Nairobi, or Bungoma counties.
Requirements
English-speaking, able to use a computer and access the internet.
Commitment
1-week intensive training + 3 hours/week follow-up for 12 months. Must nominate one additional staff member.
What You Will Learn

7th – 11th December 2025
Weekly Learning
3 hours/week (Jan – Dec 2026)
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the program, leaders will achieve:
- Strong, actionable strategic plans for sustainable growth
- Improved leadership and governance capacity
- Christ-centered pedagogy and holistic child development integrated into schools
- Enhanced stakeholder engagement, community impact, and mentorship networks
- Better resource mobilization and financial sustainability
